As the pregnancy advances, sleeping during pregnancy can become a tedious task. A few changes in your routine can help you get a comfortable and peaceful sleep during pregnancy. As a woman gets the news of her pregnancy, the first thing she cuts out of routine is exercise.

On the contrary, experts believe that light exercises help in reducing the frequency of leg cramps. Try relaxation techniques like yoga or breathing exercises. This promotes peace and tranquility. Hot bath, reading a book just before the bed can relax you allowing you sound sleep during pregnancy. The fluid count in the body should be intact during pregnancy.
